Realtor - Doug Butterworth

Doug Butterworth has earned a reputation for being honest, fair and client oriented.  As a successful business owner, Doug has developed relationships with his clients that are long lasting.

Previously to owning and managing his own company, Doug excelled in management for his employer earning several promotions all the way to an Assistant to Vice President of a large company. Although successful, Doug had an entrepreneurial passion for “building and managing” a business of his own.  That is where he earned over 12 years of business experience in the development, construction and/or renovation of residential and commercial properties.

Applying his knowledge and experience in building construction, site planning, permitting, property easements and municipal practices,  Doug will help clients make informed decisions when selling, purchasing, leasing or developing their real estate.

As an Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial Woodland Schmidt, Doug puts his client’s interests first as if each project or transaction were his own.

Doug is a member of the Grand Rapids Commercial, Michigan and National Association of Realtors.  He is currently working toward the esteemed CCIM designation that will help increase his professional knowledge of the Industry and help him serve clients better.
