With years of experience as a licensed builder, real estate investor and small business owner, Randy Klingel truly understands every aspect of the real estate industry, from home sales or purchases to new construction to laws and regulations.  More than 18 years experience as a home builder and 20 years as a property investor have given Randy a passion for real estate that he is eager to share with all of his clients.  This passion, along with an entrepreneurial spirit garnered from years as a small business OWNER; ensure he will go to any length to achieve his clients’ real estate goals.

Randy was born in Fremont and currently lives with his family in Spring Lake.  More than 20 years ago, he moved to California and stayed for just two years before realizing there was no place like home.  He has been on the lakeshore ever since.  Randy enjoys family time and is strongly involved in his church, serving on numerous committees throughout his years of membership.
